The overall real estate sales volume of homes, townhouses, condominiums and building lots continues to grow with the 3rd quarter 2009 out pacing the 3rd quarter 2008. The exciting part of this information is the sales for this year are on an increasing curve while the sales for last year were on a decreasing curve. As well, all segments of our current market are improving – everything from entry level condominiums to luxury homes. Prices remain at the lower adjusted levels from earlier this year and buyers are coming back into the market getting some of the best prices seen in Whistler in recent years.
