The real estate activity in Whistler has continued at a very face pace throughout the summer. Buyers are investing in Whistler real estate based on the quality of life and the resort experience they get in relationship to the price they’re paying. All segments of the market (starting level to luxury homes) have experienced substantial increases in sales volumes over 2006 and it appears that this trend will continue through year end.
