Mortgage financing of all types can be arranged by phone and online through our affiliate Doug Mildenberger at Garibaldi Mortgage Centre. Typically conventional mortgages require a 25% down payment; however, in some cases higher ratio financing requiring lower percentage down payments are available.

First time buyers can be approved for lower down payments and may qualify for a Property Purchase Tax exemption. Most non resident Canadian buyers are required to have a 30% down payment but in some cases financing can be arranged with a 25% down payment.
